Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. grated American cheese
    1 lb. grated hot pepper cheese
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    Beau Monde seasoning
    seasoned salt
    dill weed
    Worcestershire sauce
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Use half the American cheese, half the hot pepper cheese and one 8 ounce cream cheese to each cheese ball.
    Mix in spices and season to your own taste.
    Place chopped nuts on plastic wrap. Make cheese into 2 balls and roll in the chopped nuts.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a little while to chill.
    Good with snack crackers or by itself if you like cheese.
