Diabetic Dessert - Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls, using about 1 teaspoon of dough for each.
    Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets; flatten with a fork.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes 42 cookies.
