Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell.
    Cook for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 1 pie.
    Double for 2 pies.
