Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    5 1/2 c. cold water
    1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
    1 lb. Velveeta
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Combine soup mix and cold water. Beat with whisk to remove lumps.
    Bring to a boil, partially covered, and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add broccoli and cook 5 minutes.
    Reduce heat to low and stir in cheese until completely melted.
    May add 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken.
