Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c shortening
    1/2 c sugar
    2 eggs
    1 t baking soda
    3/4 c molasses
    2 c flour
    1 t salt
    1 t ginger
    1 t cinnamon
    1/4 t cloves
    1 c sour milk
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening with molasses.
    Beat in eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with sour milk to creamed mixture.
    Pour into well greased 9-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350 F for 50-60 minutes.
