Crunchy Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. natural bran flakes, finely crushed
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 egg white, beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix cereal, salt and lemon peel.
    Dip chicken in egg white.
    Coat chicken with cereal mixture.
    Arrange in 13 x 9-inch baking pan which has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
    Bake 50 minutes or until cooked through.
