Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift the flour, adding the sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Fill cupcake liners with 1/3 batter. Add spoonful cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
