Skillet Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix baking soda, salt and cornmeal.
    Gradually add well beaten eggs and buttermilk.
    Heat skillet and grease bottom and sides of skillet with butter.
    Pour mixture into heated skillet and place on middle shelf of 400\u00b0 oven; bake 20 minutes until golden brown.
