Sweet And Sour Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can LeSueur peas
    1 can French green beans
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced or green onions
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine salt, white vinegar, oil, water and sugar for the marinade.
    Boil together for 5 minutes.
    Pour over the celery, onions and green pepper.
    Allow to cool.
    Then add the remainder of the vegetables, which have been drained.
    This will keep about 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
