Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cooked chicken (remove from bones)
4 to 6 c. broth
3 tsp. chicken bouillon
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix the flour, beaten eggs, salt and oil in mixing bowl.
Add enough water to make stiff dough. Roll out very thin; cut in strips and drop into boiling broth that the bouillon has been added.
Reduce heat and cook for approximately 15 minutes, uncovered and without stirring.
