Short Cut Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    2 envelopes spaghetti mix
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 (12 oz.) cans spicy V-8 juice
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook meat, breaking apart.
    In a large saucepan mix together tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti mix and V-8 juice.
    Bring this mixture to a boil, then add meat and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
    Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with oil and add a layer of the meat sauce into the dish.
    Add a layer of uncooked noodles, cottage cheese and mozzarella.
    Repeat this until ingredients are used, ending with meat sauce.
    Cover with foil; set baking dish into jelly roll pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove and let cool for 15 minutes.
