Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage
    2 cans corned beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cut cabbage in quarters (wedges).
    Place in strainer; rinse. Place in Dutch oven.
    Sprinkle cabbage with salt and pepper.
    Slice corned beef.
    Place two slices on top of each wedge (quarter) of cabbage.
    Steam on medium heat about 20 minutes.
    Add 1/4 cup water if needed; test for doneness.
    Do not overcook cabbage.
