Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    3/4 can pineapple
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt
    butter
    in single layer cake pan or iron skillet. Add brown
    sugar
    and
    dissolve, then add pineapple.
    Combine flour, sugar,
    egg and milk and pour over pineapple.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
