Honey Bear'S Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. sugar or honey
    pinch of salt
    3 1/2 c. hot milk
    1/3 c. whipped cream
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine chocolate and water in a large saucepan.
    Stir over low heat until chocolate melts.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Simmer 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add milk; stir and heat; do not boil.
    Pour into mugs.
    Top with whipped cream and dash of nutmeg. Serves 4.
