Sweet Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 5 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 c. margarine
2 eggs (at room temperature)
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Combine milk, water and margarine in saucepan; heat over low heat until liquids are very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
Margarine does not need to melt.
Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour.
Beat at high speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
Stir in enough flour to make a stiff dough.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap, then a towel. Set aside 20 minutes.
Turn dough out onto heavily floured board. Divide dough in half.
Roll each half into a 14 x 10-inch rectangle.
Fill with choice of fillings.
