London Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 pieces chicken (breasts)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. sherry or white wine
Preparation
    Brown chicken in butter.
    Then brown mushrooms.
    Place chicken in casserole.
    Mix soups (undiluted) and pour over chicken.
    Put mushrooms on top.
    Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
    When ready to bake, add wine.
    Cover casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Good with rice.
