Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
3/4 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. parsley, salt and pepper
6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. nonfat yogurt
1 c. celery
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. carrots
paprika
Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions. Combine cooked rice, celery, onions, margarine, parsley, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Place into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with chicken breasts.
Combine soup and yogurt.
Spoon over chicken breasts. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven. Add carrots and top with paprika. Bake 15 minutes more.
