Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 tsp. soda
    dash of salt
    pinch of cream of tartar
    8 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Mix sugar, syrup and butter in heavy saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add soda, cream of tartar and salt and stir.
    Immediately pour over popped corn and mix thoroughly.
    Place in large pan.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
