Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 c. Velveeta, cubed
salt to taste
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 cans water
4 c. uncooked egg noodles
2 cans tuna (water packed)
pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine.
Add mushroom soup, water and milk. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Pour in 4 cups egg noodles and stir well.
Boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in cheese cubes and stir until cheese melts.
Lower heat and add tuna.
Simmer until hot.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir and serve immediately.
