Rolled Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breast halves, boned
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Combine Parmesan and bread crumbs.
    Dip each chicken breast into margarine then roll in cheese mixture.
    Roll chicken and place in baking dish seam side down.
    Sprinkle top of chicken rolls with additional Parmesan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-40 minutes.
