Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick oleo
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
    Drain and add cream soup, cheese and 1/4 stick oleo; set aside.
    Saute onions in 3/4 stick oleo until tender.
    Remove onion from oleo; add to broccoli mixture.
    Pour entire mixture into a casserole dish.
    Mix together remaining oleo and crackers.
    Press on top of casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
