Chicken And Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked chicken or turkey breasts
1 lb. small red potatoes
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
3/4 c. olive oil
1 bunch red leaf lettuce
Preparation

Remove skin and pull chicken or turkey from the bones.
Pull the meat into shreds.
Set chicken aside.
Boil unpeeled potatoes for about 20 minutes, until tender.
Drain and set aside.
