Cran-Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. fresh cranberries
    2 c. chopped, peeled apples
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, beaten eggs and vanilla.
    Sift and add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    This will be very thick.
    Fold in chopped pecans, cranberries and peeled apples.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes in tube pan.
    Great with coffee.
