Potato Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. milk
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded
    4 c. hash brown potatoes
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Add flour and seasonings.
    Add milk; cook slowly until bubbly.
    Add cheese and potatoes; put half of mixture into a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with broccoli.
    Top with remaining mixture.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle crumbs over top.
    Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 8.
