Egg Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. minced green onions
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced pickles
2 c. cold, cooked rice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
salt to taste
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Put in refrigerator to chill. Mold.
Serve on crisp lettuce leaf.
May garnish with tomato wedges.
Serves 6.
