Low-Fat Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 qt. skim milk
    1/3 c. egg substitute
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine rice and milk in a heavy saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring frequently, until rice is very tender (about 30 to 35 minutes).
