Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients with 1 cup of sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
    Add nuts and vanilla.
    Batter will be thin.
    Grease and flour bread pan and fill 1/2 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
