Barbecued Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (extra lean)
    1 small can evaporated milk or use 5 oz. regular milk
    1 c. quick oats
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. ketchup
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and shape into walnut size meatballs.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    No need to brown first.
    Make sauce by combining ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder, chopped onion and liquid smoke.
    Stir until sugar dissolves.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
