Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil well.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat well. Add carrots.
Add remaining ingredients; beat for 3 minutes. Place in 3 greased layer pans, 8-inch.
Bake for 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
