Liver Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. liver (beef)
1 regular size green pepper
2 ribs celery
1 onion
1 egg
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Grind altogether; add egg, bread crumbs (may need more if too thin), salt and pepper.
Drop by large spoonful into hot oil.
I chill before using.
