Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomato paste
    2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    1 bay leaf (optional)
    8 oz. cooked elbow macaroni, cooked
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and green pepper.
    Drain off fat.
    Add paste, tomato sauce and remaining ingredients except cooked macaroni. Cook about 20 minutes on low to medium heat.
    Stir often.
    Stir in macaroni and serve.
