Salami Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen pizza dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. sliced hard salami
2 egg whites
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put frozen dough in a floured bowl; cover with plastic wrap.
Let dough rise (about 4 hours or refrigerate overnight).
Divide dough into 4 portions.
For each portion of dough, roll out into rectangle.
Lay salami in overlapping rows down center.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Fold in ends and roll from long side.
Lay seal down on cookie sheet; pinch ends as there are no openings.
Brush top with egg white.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
