Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients until smooth. Add zucchini and drained pineapple. Fill 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
