Campground Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    3 lb. boneless roast, cubed small
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    3 large onions, chopped
    3 cans peeled tomatoes, pureed
    3 cans carrots and peas (mixed)
Preparation
    Cube beef, celery and onions and place in large pot (1 1/2-gallon).
    Pour in the pureed tomatoes.
    Add water to cover the ingredients.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook over low heat until celery and onions are done.
    Then add cubed potatoes and carrots and peas.
