Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced cooked yellow squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine, divided
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. California Style blend garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Progresso Italian-style bread crumbs, divided
Preparation
    Pour milk over 1 cup bread crumbs; set aside for a few minutes.
    Combine cooked squash, onion, 1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine, eggs, garlic salt and pepper; blend well.
    Add bread crumbs mixture; stir to blend.
    Spoon into a 1-quart casserole that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
