Golden Flake Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and shortening with pastry cutter to size of peas.
    Do not overmix.
    Add vinegar, egg and water to flour mixture.
    Will make 2 (9-inch) crusts.
