Perfection Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar or Italian dressing
    1/3 c. finely diced celery
    1/4 c. finely diced green pepper
    3/4 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1/3 c. finely grated carrot
    salad greens
Preparation
    Stir jello into cold water, then add to hot water; stir very well.
    Add dressing.
    Chill until very syrupy, then add vegetables.
    Pour into 1 quart or individual molds.
    Unmold onto bed of greens.
