Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. ground beef
olive oil
1 large V-8 juice
1 large tomato juice
3 onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
celery to taste, chopped
6 fresh mushrooms
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
Italian dressing
1 box vermicelli
Preparation

Brown beef in olive oil and drain.
Bring to simmer V-8 and tomato juice.
Add chopped onion, pepper, celery, mushrooms and garlic.
Add browned beef and tomato paste.
Sprinkle beef with fresh olive oil before adding to vegetable mixture.
Season with Italian dressing to taste.
Cook vermicelli with a little cooking oil.
Serve sauce over noodles.
