Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large solid head iceberg lettuce
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) bag Fritos corn chips
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. La Victoria taco sauce
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, breaking into small pieces.
    Drain off fat. Add tomato juice, taco sauce and salt, pepper and garlic powder to your taste.
    Sauce should be a little hotter to your taste than you would like it if you were eating it alone.
    Add more taco sauce, if necessary.
    Simmer so mixture thickens a little.
