Spanish Olive Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 oz.) jar Blue cheese spread
1 (5 oz.) jar American cheese spread
2 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese with chives
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In an electric mixer bowl, beat at medium speed the cheese spreads and cream cheese with chives.
Add garlic powder and stuffed olives until smooth.
Stir in walnuts.
Cover and chill several hours.
Shape into a ball.
Garnish with pimiento-stuffed olive slices, parsley sprigs and pimiento strips, if desired. Cover and chill until serving time.
Serve with crackers.
