Biscuits (Plain) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in shortening; add milk to make soft dough.
    Knead lightly; roll 1/4-inch thick, cut and bake in a 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 oven about 8 to 12 minutes.
