Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. vegetable shortening
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. creamed buttermilk
    2 well beaten eggs
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon and shortening.
    Blend until crumbly.
    Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture for topping.
    To remaining crumbs add baking powder and soda, then add milk and eggs.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Beat until smooth.
    Bake in two square cake pans.
    Cover with the dry crumbs and sprinkle more cinnamon on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean at center.
