Brunch-Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
    1 1/2 doz. eggs
    1 c. Cheddar cheese soup
    1 large bag O'Brien hash browns
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 can mushrooms
    1 large bag shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown and drain the sausage.
    Place sausage in a large bowl. Add eggs, soup, hash browns, mayonnaise and mushrooms.
    Mix together.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese and place back in oven until melted.
    Cut in squares and serve.
    This freezes well.
