Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can or 2 small cans sauerkraut, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 red pimentos
Preparation
    Pour kraut in a saucepan and add sugar.
    Let come to a boil. Add onion, celery, green pepper and pimentos.
    Let come to a boil again.
    Cool in refrigerator.
    This will last from 1 to 2 weeks.
