Artichoke Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 garlic clove, minced
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. stale breadcrumbs
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Drain artichokes and save marinade.
    Saute onion and garlic in part of the marinade for about 5 minutes.
    Beat eggs and add all other ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Cut into 1-inch squares, serve hot.
    May be cooked in smaller container for thicker slices.
    Serve as a vegetable, side dish or appetizer.
