Zucchini Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1 to 2 medium onions, sliced
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. flour
    Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Steam zucchini in water for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Stir to even cooking.
    Drain.
    Layer zucchini and onions in 2-quart casserole or baking dish.
