Italian Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 stalks zucchini, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, strained and cut up
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
    Cook until zucchini is done.
    Add cheese the last 10 minutes.
