Ingredients

3 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
13 oz. evaporated milk
1 qt. half and half
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. whole milk
12 oz. miniature chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream sugar and eggs.
Pour into at least a 5-quart ice cream freezer.
Add all other ingredients except the chocolate chips. Stir well.
Freeze in freezer until almost finished and then add chips.
Let freezer run to mix chips well.
Pack with ice to firm well.
Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
