Jim'S Hot Dog Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground chuck
    2 (14 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 onions, chopped
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. black pepper
    4 tsp. salt
    6 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and onions.
    Mix in all other ingredients and cook for 3 hours in 375\u00b0 oven.
