Maple-Walnut Sticky Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. flour (plain)
1 pack active dry yeast
1/3 c. softened butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. maple syrup
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. warm water

Preparation

To prepare pan, melt 1/4 cup butter in pan; add brown sugar and 1/4 cup maple syrup.
Heat, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into pan and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the walnuts.
In mixing bowl, stir together 3/4 cup of flour, yeast, white sugar and salt.
Add 1/3 cup butter and warm water.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
Add eggs and 1/4 cup more flour; beat at high speed 2 minutes.
Stir in enough more flour to make a soft dough.
